Women's Health Physiotherapy

It is a little-known fact that as many as 40% of women will experience some form of pelvic organ prolapse (POP), and 11% will undergo surgery for prolapse.

Urinary incontinence is very common and can affect up to one in two women (or 30-50%).

These conditions related to the pelvis and pelvic floor in women should not stop us from doing what we want to do and living a life with confidence and freedom.
